Summary:  With all of the personnel changes occurring across the technology space, it is more important than ever to know how to best showcase your skills so that you can achieve your own career goals. Join us as she shares candid insights into how to best network and learn how business leaders make decisions regarding strategic direction, hiring, and promotions.

BIO:  Hannah J. Vitkus-Goo recently received her Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Richmond (summa cum laude) and has served as a trusted strategic HR business leader and consulted for a variety of Fortune 500 companies, tech startups and government agencies. She has often worked to build out (or rebuild) the people operations of a business from the ground up. In addition, she has developed and conducted trainings on behalf of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and other organizations, both nationally and internationally. She has helped many businesses improve efficiencies, processes, and morale while implementing HR best practices. She has been recognized many times for her ability to swiftly assimilate into an organization's culture (as well as improve it) in order to build authentic and positive relationships to help the business and its leaders achieve success across multiple industries and geographies.
